The Ochre Room
The Ochre Room with private bathroom located on the ground floor of Beautiful Alamedas. It is a quiet, intimate space where the sound of water accompanies the rhythm of the house.
The ochre colour introduces a sense of calm warmth and establishes a direct relationship with the light reflected from the courtyard. The golden tones and Andalusian geometry of the exterior space are perceived from within, creating a visual and acoustic continuity that defines the room.
Two single beds and an en-suite bathroom form a space designed for autonomous use, without mediation or superfluous elements. The room does not impose itself; it is simply inhabited, naturally, through simplicity and silence.

Its position, close to the domestic heart of the house, reinforces a more interior and protected experience. Here the courtyard acts as a threshold: a place where water, light and time organise the space without the need for intervention.
Like the other rooms of Beautiful Alamedas, the Ochre Room forms part of a domestic architecture conceived as a whole. It is not presented as an isolated unit, but as a space integrated within a house that has been built and inhabited over the years.
The room is arranged with clarity: colour, proportion and sound sustain its everyday use. There are no added promises or explanatory narratives. The experience arises from the encounter between the space and the person who inhabits it.
