 Booking Notes:

Deposit amount required: To confirm a reservation, a 50% of the total amount is required by bank transfer. When a reservation has been made, a confirmation will be sent by email.

Cancellations:
If you cancel your confirmed reservation before two months of the arrival date, we will refund you the 50% of the reservation. A two months cancellation notice prior to your arrival date will not be refunded.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible. Contact owner for arrivals and departures.

Breakfast:
Breakfast has a 95€ cost.
Organic breakfast has a 150€ cost.
Breakfast does include homemade cakes: cheesecake with raspberry marmalade on the top, sponge cake, chocolate cake, milk, coffee, cacao, sugar, tea and camomile tea, butter and marmalades

Aditional beds and cot:

The price of each additional bed is 45€

The price of the cot is 20€

Christmas, Holy Week and other special days have different prices.

Organic creams included on the price:
Price includes organic shower gel, lemon body butter, mint feet cream, anti-cellulite lotion, shampoo and hair mask at bathrooms.
