Ángel Otero and wife, Rosa, are a brave couple who has opened the doors of their restaurant three years ago.
By accomplishing his dream, Ángel left his job in the public sector to create his own dishes.
Everytime that I visit them for dinner, I just close my eyes and slowly eat to savour this delicious food. As an artist, he always surprises you with something new: meat; fish, artistic canapés or desserts of unknown flavours which will surprise you.
