It is the perfect way to start the week end by welcoming you with this delicious and cheap cold supper (12€/person), having the privilege to have been made, partially, with products of our organic garden.

You will find a delicious and typical Castilian pie and Spanish omelettes made by us with fresh eggs of our hens, which provided them with an intense flavour. And all that, with our "Palabras" organic wine.
You also will find al elegant table setting.

When the simplicity of a Spanish omelette is just made with conscientiousness and real nutrients become into a titbit, it is when oneself can feel really at home.
This way the table was set last Friday and our guests found it just arrived from Madrid. They came tired and they were hugely grateful with us because of this welcome. The "Palabras" wine will always be the best company on your table.
It was smelling so well when they came into the house, and, the next day they did not reach an agreement and decide whether the Spanish omelette or the Castilian pie was the best. For others, mandarine and walnuts and cheese canapés were the winners of the night.
That night, we surprised them with some unexpected fried green peppers, which they tasted with our "Palabras" (it means "words" in English) and theirs :-)
I came to the dessert-trolley to shoot some pictures since mummy had cooked that time such a gorgeous sponge cake, and the chocolate pie looked fabulous
